I'd like to see the mans shadow cast onto the animal. I like how you're using complement colors to draw the eye but the saturation seems a bit much. I think you can down down the saturation of the hat and the bags.
Hey...something I was wondering.. why is the dude on the right side? Is he going to or from the tomb; if you flipped the image horizontally would it read better? Also, what is the most important element in this image, the dude or the tomb? right now they are about same size and same height in picture plane, so hierarchy is hard to discern. Not like I did any of that in piece though..lols

Anyways, I think adding the tiny little figure closer to the tomb help the scale a little a bit. I would suggest add a road path or something to connect the tomb to the figures.
